Easy Return
For clients who are not completely satisfying our bags, COMELYBAGS provide a 14days easy return policy from the date of shipment. For damanged, defective or missing products, the customer is responsible for inspecting and counting the products at the time of delivery. For the damaged products, a photo is a must when contacting the service email at info@comelybags.com
Personalization
COMELYBAGS provide customization service to our bags. The service includes personalized letters, logos, names and more. The costs for each personalization plan vary. Contact our sales team to get more information. Please note that all personalized bags are not refundable. They are considered as final products. And the personalized bags usually takes more days for processing.
Special orders
COMELYBAGS is available to assist you with special orders, and will make every effort to obtain the merchandise you are looking for. Please contact a Customer Service Representative for additional information and assistance with your special order. Once your information is received by our Special Order Department, you will be contacted within 48 hours with availability. Please note that special orders must be a minimum of 50 pieces of the same item with a minimum of $250.
